    I really don't know what going on with the Pizza Hut on Colorado Blvd. They have been serving burnt pizzas.

    Pizza took over an hour and a half to arrive, would not recommend ordering from this location.

    This Pizza Hut used to be really good. My wife and I used to order a pizza from here every week in the summer. The pizza used to be very tasty, and the staff would make them really well. Then all of a sudden, the quality of the pizzas dropped.

    The dough used in the pizzas used to be really good, then suddenly the dough became very mushy, and not tasty.

    I must say that the manager at this location is very professional, she happily swapped my pizza for a fresh one, but unfortunately the dough was still the same. Maybe this is an issue with the local pizza hut plant, and not the actual branch.

    This is s real done in restaurant version of Pizza Hut, not the take-away and delivery sort.  The staff here are generally friendly, if not slightly on the slow side.  The pizza always is as expected--delicious and hot.  Cleanliness seems to vary in terms of time you're there--sometimes the tables need a good cleaning.  But I keep going back because it's well above acceptable and tastes wonderful.

    The GM who refused to give me a refund because the pizza was going to take 45 mins was very rude very disrespectful and the way he was talking to me was disgusting he was dirty not wearing gloves and there was a mess. All over the counter stated that it would take 14-21 business days for a refund definitely won't ever eat Pizza Hut again your GM at this location should never work in customer service if he is short and can't handle simple situationsas far as guest satisfaction goes

    Terrible just terrible. I almost positive he is rude to everybody he interacts with didn't give me a a copy of my receipt.  

    I will be filing a complaint with corporate.  I honestly in shock how I was treated maybe it was because of the color of my skin
